1 Products

The actual goods can slightly deviate from the articles shown. Exempted are errors pertaining to prices, descriptions as well as illustrations. All prices include 7.7% VAT but don't include shipping unless specifically stated.

2 Contract

When an order is submitted and accepted by the Euschen Trading Ltd a sales contract is created for the said service which will be confirmed via e-mail. With the submission of an order the customer accepts the GT&C.

3 Terms for delivery

The products are sent once we receive the payment (exception: Cash on Delivery). In general the products should be supplied within 5-10 business days from receipt of payment. Orders containing products with a delivery time are only shipped once complete. The delivery times mentioned are non binding. Compensation claims for non-delivery or because the manufacturer or supplier did not supply (or not in time) are void. Should an article no longer be available by the manufacturer or supplier, the Euschen Trading Ltd can withdraw from the contract and the transferred funds will be kept as a store credit. Postage and handling fees will not be credited or refunded. The Euschen Trading Ltd can not be held responsible for any inconvenience or damages to person(s) or property emanating from the use or misuse of the supplied products.

4 Reservation of proprietary rights & Legal collection

The property of the goods remains with the Euschen Trading Ltd until their complete payment. If outstanding amounts are not paid even after a reminder the case can be handed over to the respective legal office for prosecution. The interest is 5%. For orders sent with the payment method „Cash on Delivery“ not picked up by the customer in time and then returned by post, Euschen Trading Ltd imposes a handling fee of CHF 40.- payable by the customer (on top of the additional shipping fee).

5 Payment with invoice within 30 days with our partner swissbilling

swissbilling SA is a service provider, that allows you to receive your order with an invoice in a simple and secure way. The maximum order for the first purchase is CHF 1000.00. The invoice is payable within 30 days. For security matters, shipping address and billing address must be identical. swissbilling keeps the right to have a credit check control done through it’s partner CRIF AG in Zurich (Tel.: 044 913 50 50, www.crif.ch).

6 Warranty

For all products offered, the warranty period is 24 months from date of purchase unless otherwise noted. Price-reduced products are excluded from this warranty. For business customers the warranty period is 12 months. For weapons with a tuning (performance improvement), the warranty period is 30 days. The warranty covers all material and production defects. The warranty is void if unauthorised repairs or modifications are made to the goods by the customer. Improper handling will also void the warranty. In case of defects you are entitled to a free repair. The right of rescission (cancellation of the contract) or reduction (price reduction) is excluded.


7 Contract withdrawal & returns

For all purchases of private customers, we offer voluntarily a return policy of 14 days (period beginning on the day after reception of goods). The timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline. The delivered goods must be returned intact, functioning, unused and in undamaged original packaging. Postage, delivery charges or other additional charges which are related to the delivery or the payment will not be reimbursed. From an order value of CHF 299 (Post), standard delivery within Switzerland and Liechtenstein is included. The final order value is used for the calculation. If the threshold is not reached anymore due to a return, the shipping costs will be offset retrospectively and therefore deducted from the refund. The return policy does not apply on the purchase of gift vouchers, for goods that are not suitable by nature for a return (such as food, camouflage makeup, ballistic protection products, underwear and others), products which have been specifically manufactured and / or modified according to customer or legal requirements, price reduced items as well as products with a delivery time which therefore are not in stock at the time of purchase and are procured on order. For the cancellation of a paid but not completed order, a compensation of 10% of the order value or at least CHF 40.- can be charged. There is no right of return for Business / Wholesale customers, all sales are final.

8 International Deliveries

International deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation. The Euschen Trading Ltd has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. Local customs of the destination country can give more information regarding taxes / duties that may apply.

9 Data security

The personal data entrusted to the Euschen Trading Ltd is treated as strictly confidential and is not passed on to third parties. Yeti t can be used for internal promotion mailings.

10 Copyright

All texts and pictures on our online shop are copyright protected. The copying and usage of the contents of our website are forbidden without written permission. Trespasses against the copyright will be prosecuted to the full extent of civil- and criminal law with possible claims to compensation for damages made.

11 Place of jurisdiction

Area of jurisdiction is Dietikon ZH.

12 Additional regulations

The general trading conditions can be changed at any time by the Euschen Trading Ltd.
