We ship only within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
What delivery times should I expect?
Delivery from the shipping date takes 1–2 days (Priority) or 2–3 days (Economy) throughout Switzerland. Internationally, the exact duration depends on the destination country and cannot be determined precisely. For Central Europe, it usually takes about 5–10 business days.
What shipping costs should I expect?
Our system automatically calculates the shipping costs based on the delivery address, the items ordered, and their weight. The shipping costs are displayed before submitting the order.
What shipping methods are available?
The shipping methods Priority (1–2 days), Economy (2–3 days), and Express (<1 day) are available. We ship daily, Monday to Friday.
How can I see the status of my order?
Our system sends automatic email confirmations upon order receipt, when payment is received (Processing), and when the order has been shipped (Shipped). In addition, every customer can log in to their account and check the status in the order history. The tracking number can also be retrieved at any time in the customer account.
